Hangin' with the Hornets 2006

This was the first year that we tried to do a mini camp
to get younger players interested in our program.

We had 27 4th through 8th graders show up for
the HLHS vs NE Christian games wearing their
Hangin' with the Hornets t-shirts. All of the
participants sat behind the team during the games.

They were able to witness the FIRST ever VICTORY
in OUR gym and the first time in the history of
our school all FOUR teams were VICTORIOUS!!

After the games they participated in drills with the
HLHS boys basketball team, had pizza and pop, and
then scrimmaged until midnight!

I want to thank each and every one of the 27 participants!
The team and coaches had a GREAT time with YOU!!

We hope you will be a part of the event in the years to come!
