The Hoops Classic Basketball Tournament started in 1997 and has grown through
the years.
The tournament was started by the Trinity Lutheran Boosters Club. In
2005 Heartland Lutheran
Boosters Club joined with the Trinity Lutheran Boosters Club helping to continue
to make the
Hoops Classic Tournament a basketball tournament for the youth giving them a
chance to improve
their skills and have fun in the process.
This tournament is operated completely by volunteers. All the
admissions, concessions, scorebook,
score clock, and officials are people that are donating their time to make this
tournament a success.
