I CAN

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.
Philippians 4:13

For several years I have made each athlete a can with the bible verse on a label 
attached to the can.  Each athlete carried the full can with them everywhere
during the season.  The weight of it in their book bags and athletic bags 
reminded them that it was there and made them think about it.  We used 
the cans several times for inspiration.  We even used to demonstrate team
unity and what would happen if you of them did not want to be a part of the
TEAM!!
